Thanks to Kelly and Chris, replaced my windshield even though Troy cancelled my mobile appointment without rescheduling. Troy safelite location thought it was ok to cancel mobile and not reschedule. Going to Tennessee this became a problem and AI agents not helping. Customer Service Jennifer and Shannon helped and turn me to Kelly at Safelite Auburn Hills where Chris and Kelly stayed late to take care of me. My second Windshield and now I will always go to Auburn and never Troy! In fact Auburn Hills is closer to Rochester.

I’m not one to write a review, but after a great experience, I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Over the holiday, my daughter’s windshield suddenly needed a replacement. Chris, the store’s manager Manager at the Auburn Hills Safelight was super helpful and patient. He made sure we were taken care of and the work was installed beautifully. I highly recommend this business!

Go nowhere else! I had water leaking from the top of my windshield into my car and was passed from the dealership, to a different glass place to insurance and only when I got to Safelite in Auburn Hills did anything get corrected. From quick scheduling with Kellie to an inspection with tech JP to a complete fix with explanation from Mgr Chris, everyone was beyond wonderful! Every individual that helped me was able to explain the why and how and the breakdown of cost and made a stressful situation quick and easy. I am ever grateful and recommend anyone with a glass issue that needs attention to skip the frustrations of anyone else and talk to them first! I don't know how to say thank you enough!

It took Safelite three attempts to install my windshield correctly. The first time, they brought the wrong glass. During the second attempt at the store, they broke the windshield during installation. Finally, on the third attempt, they managed to replace it. While the manager did offer a $100 discount, the experience was frustrating and not worth the time and inconvenience.
