I Ran late...

I made the appointment on a Friday for 4:30pm. I got stuck in traffic for about 15 mins. Which made me late I did not expect the service tech to get to me because it was almost 5pm the lady at the front desk and the service tech were great!!! My fracture n the window got fixed in 20 mins or less. I can barely notice it. Thanks guys!

The repairman was timely and courteous but the very small ding in the window glass (less than the size of a dime) still has some noticeable appearance although much much smaller than before.

Repairs are completed for structural purposes rather than cosmetic. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Great service

Feeling very annoyed because my driver's side window was broken due to vandalism, I took my car to Safelite. They were fantastic! The spray of glass from the shattered window was extensive. Glass fragments had also affected the motor for raising and lowering the window . Safelite took the time to clean the motor thoroughly which saved me from purchasing a new window motor unit. And vacuumed the fragments from the entire interior, front and back. They got the job done right. Kudos to them.
