Minor issue: He neglected to tighten the set screw when re-installing my rearview mirror Major Issue: When removing the old windshield, he cut the wiring for my hands free Bluetooth microphone. He unsuccessfully attempted to splice the cable, wrapped it in electrical tape, tucked it back under the headliner and did not report it to his supervisor or to me. I discovered the issue later that day when I could not answer several work related phone calls. I use this vehicle for work and it violates company safety policy to use cell phones while driving unless a hands free system is used. I have been without my hands free for two days now because Safelite somehow believes it is my responsibility to coordinate a repair which is necessary due to their negligence. They agreed to reimburse me for costs at a later date, however this isn't about the money. My time is much more valuable than a $15 microphone. I have already spend several hours driving from audio store to audio store in an unsuccessful attempt to find a replacement part. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and will probably install it myself over the weekend. I am very frustrated over this inconvenience and refuse to bring future business to this company.
