It felt like "premium" " Nordstrom" type treatment. The associate (a lady) who took the first call was incredibly polite, polished and knowledgeable. And the result is as expected -brand new windshield with warranty!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't install winshield blades here I asked them to change my winshield blade when I did a replacement for my winshield on 7/19. When I picked up my car, it is very late and I didn't try it until I drive on the road. I found the angle of the blade didn't correct at all. It can't wipe the water on the drive side. On the second day, I drove back and they adjust the angle. Today is 8/5 and when I drove on the road, the blade on the drive side just fly out and it is so scary since driver side window is opening. Don't know how they installed my winshield. But I will NEVER come back to this place again.
