Location was very busy the day I was there, my appointment was moved up so I had my elderly mother with me. They were able to get me in and out in an hour. I was so impressed That they went the extra mile to fix my antenna without me asking. Everyone was super friendly very professional would recommend to anyone needing a windshield replaced.

Ended up having an issue with the seal after the windshield was replaced. They fixed it but my biggest complaint is that there is no way to contact the actual
location could even reach a person at a call center. Ended up having to drive 30 minutes just to talk to them to have the issue taken care of.

They got me in within the week, worked with my insurance, did a beautiful job.

So far all is good. Very informative advice to follow after install. Professional friendly employee's.

I walked in and asked one employee to check a small crack on the windshield then set up an appointment a few days later. The repair took a few hours and I still see a little dot as expected. I had to go through the insurance claim with State Farm and later found out State Farm won't pay for the repair under $500. This location is busy so most people have to wait a while to talk with employees or to pick up. I hate the automated phone system. Waited on the phone for a while and got hung up when I tried to call the shop's number. I came back to the shop by the end of the day to pick up my SUV.

Great job, good service, everything done right

If your insurance requires you to use Safelite for glass replacement in the Northwest Arkansas area, do not choose the Bentonville location. I drove an hour and a half for my original 9:00am appointment only to be told, "I tried to call you". I replied that I did not have any calls missed or otherwise but that I did have a text reminding me of my appointment. "Those texts are automated". "I don't have your glass, don't know where it is or when I will get it". He did promise new windshield wiper blades for my trouble. (I had to remind the service tech to get them) I received a text that day that my appt had been rescheduled for 10 days later. I was able to speak to a human the day before the appt to verify that all parts were on hand. I had been told it could take up to 3 hrs and waiting area was limited. Upon arrival, service tech checked me in, the young man was friendly but another tech walked in and was rude. It was clear they did not want people hanging around. I was told it would take every bit of 3 hrs and probably closer to 4 hrs. I was prepared to wait, but after that reception, I spent an additional $100 to uber to Fayettville & back.At 4 hrs i called to check status. I was told they were still trying to get it recalibrated. 5 hrs later, i was on my way home. Would not recommend.

Work was done as expected and staff was very friendly and prompt.
