So easy to make an appointment. My windshield was fixed quickly. The technician was nice and explained what he was going to do and showed me what he did afterwards.

Firstly, being able to book online, give them my insurance information and they do all the work was a god send!
My insurance was giving them a problem so they had to get me on the phone. A Safelite rep got me on the phone, then conferenced in my insurance co., and in 10 min. we were all set.
I opted to receive text messages with updates which was very helpful for the progress of the claim to when my tech was arriving.
my tech Zachary called me in the morning. I had an afternoon slot but he was able to come early which was great!
He called again when we was on his way to me.
He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. When he was finished he presented me with all the information I needed in case there were issues (there were not!) and explained what to do and not do after the replacement.

I was scheduled for service. Someone ordered and received the incorrect glass. I had to leave and come back only after 3 different appointments. That was an inconvenience. Once my car was serviced I had excellent service ..
