My insurance was giving them a problem so they had to get me on the phone. A Safelite rep got me on the phone, then conferenced in my insurance co., and in 10 min. we were all set.
I opted to receive text messages with updates which was very helpful for the progress of the claim to when my tech was arriving.
my tech Zachary called me in the morning. I had an afternoon slot but he was able to come early which was great!
He called again when we was on his way to me.
He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. When he was finished he presented me with all the information I needed in case there were issues (there were not!) and explained what to do and not do after the replacement.
