I was going away for a holiday weekend (Columbus) and was unsure how qiuckly I would be able to get service for a cracked windshield. I called my insurance company, which gave me 2 options, Safelite being the one I picked. I picked right! I was on the phone with Mike from Safelite within 30 minutes of my insurance company placing my request, we worked out that I could leave my car there for the repair and be babysat (very night they pulled the car into the garage for safe keeping!) while I borrowed a vehicle to go away in. While I was away I recieved constant communication and great service. I highly recommend Mike and his team at Safelite!
