I scheduled my Tuesday around this 12-5 appointment. When I did not hear anything by 4:30 I called to verify my appointment because I would be leaving the site at 5. The mobile technician’s van broke down and I would have to reschedule. I informed them that I had left this vehicle for two days but would not be able to have the vehicle at this same location for a third. We had to reschedule and move locations.
For the third day I again schedule my day around this 12-5 appointment. This go around I was informed several times by the tech of his ETA. He stayed in contact and arrived well within the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. He performed his work quickly and the windshield looks great. He left me his contact information and explained that I shouldn’t drive it for at least an hour and not to was it for a couple of days. The final experience was great. Getting to that point was not.
