I live in Gardiner and needed a windshield replacement--hopefully mobile service so I wouldn't have to drive 80 miles to Bozeman. . Michael at the Safelight shop in Bozeman was very personable over the phone and efficiently booked my mobile service appointment. He clearly explained the billing and how it worked with my insurance--a very easy process. Thank you Michael! . Jacob was the technician and he arrived right on time and communicated with me ahead of time on arrival day. Upon arrival he explained what he'd be doing and was very thorough, professional and polite. . The windshield install was handled flawlessly and completed on time, and three days later I've experienced NO issues. The windshield looks great. I opted to add "advance wipers" and they look like they'll last a long time, and they glide so smoothly over the glass. . When Jacob was done he explained that my billing info was already in their system (I had given my credit card in advance) so that was already taken care of, and he explained the post-installment precautions to take and to call if I had any questions or concerns. My wife and I were driving home from vacation and took a rock to the windshield. We had a quarter size chip right in the center. Safelite got us right in, repaired the window, took care of the paperwork for insurance and had us back on the road in a few hours. Thank you Safelite!
