Had a small problem made another appointment fix the problem apologize everybody makes mistakes but how do you fix mistakes how you should rate the person

My windshield got a major chip while we were vacationing out-of-state in Wyoming. We were moving every few days, and Safelite shops were few are far between in Wyoming/Montana. I decided on a shop about a week out to give time for the glass to be ordered. It was frustrating how hard it was to talk to the shop directly instead of to the National Safelite center. However, once I was able to talk to the shop directly, the scheduling and mobile location details went smoothly. The skills and professionalism of the Technician were excellent. I'm very happy with the final result.

I pulled up in my RV and they sent a technical right out to see if this was a chip that could be repaired. It was. They knew my insurance company requires me to contact them first and I did. They offered several time slots that afternoon. They were ready when I arrived and finished it quickly. Everyone was very pleasant, professional and the work was done right. I could not ask for more.
