I was there in July 2024. To get a windshield replaced. It I now 15 months later they never got back to me. I called several times and I get a run around about my windshield. Horrible. They keep telling me they will get back to me when it comes in. Never ever had such poor service

I scheduled a windshield replacement through my car insurance. Allstate set everything up using safelites website. The total was below my deductible, so I did not have to make an insurance claim.
The safelite employee showed up in my driveway a few days later and immediately said "I have the wrong windshield. When would you like to reschedule?"
A bit annoyed, I rescheduled. A few days later a new safelite employee arrived at my driveway and before beginning installing my new windshield tells me a higher price that I had not agreed to.
The new price that safelite said I had to pay was now above my car insurance deductible by about $60 and a claim had been set up in my name with Allstate that I never agreed to. I have no idea how this will effect my insurance rates going forward and am not happy with how the price changed from my original quote.
I voiced my concern with the employee but have heard nothing directly from any other employee in the company. Good luck trying to call them, phone numbers do not seem to work for this company.
