I had our windshield repair today. The Mobile technician Kerry. Who didn't outstanding job showed up right on time and took care of the windshield even though it was extremely hot outside . He was working on a black car with no shade. He was very professional cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them. Great job. Thank you so much.

First two appointments they had manufacturer defects wasted day for both vehicles. 2nd appointment no one showed up. No call, no email. Trying to get a customer service rep on the phone is a nightmare. Would not recommend anyone use this service out of Brockton, MA.

In December of 2024 my windshield on my 2008 Toyota Solara was broken and we had it replaced by the Brockton Safelite on Belmont street. The morning after the replacement the inside of the new windshield was covered with condensation. This had never happened in the two years that I have owned this car. We arranged for this to be repaired under the lifetime warranty. A couple of days after they supposedly fixed it there was more condensation covering the inside of the windshield again. I made another appointment and this time they told me that they would not be able to fix the problem. So I ask you, what good is a lifetime warranty if they can't fix a problem that was brought on by replacing the window? Terrible service and would not ever go back.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Being a women walking into any automotive shop can be overwhelming. They did a great job explains the process and it didn’t take as long as I anticipated.
