Really enjoyed the option where they came to my house to fix my car. It was convenient and the service was top notch. Everything went smooth and they had great communication! I'd definitely use them as a provider again!

I was told that the job would take 2 hours. I scheduled an appointment but Safelite changed the appointment because the shop near my home was not qualified to re-calibrate my windshield. I dropped off the car at 8:00 sharp and had to call after 12:00 to find out that the technician could not re-calibrate my windshield. I ended up having to take my car to the Audi dealership, (something I should have done in the first place) and was able to get the job done correctly. The worst part was when I called Safelite to tell them that, under the circumstances, I had no interest in being billed by Audi and waiting for reimbursement. All I got from the customer service representative was a bunch of attitude. "I do this for a living sir." I don't care, your company messed up and I shouldn't be any more inconvenienced. Never going back to these people. Horrible service, poor workmanship and bad attitudes.

Satellite was quick and effective, even finishing before the original estimated time. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

My windshield replacement went as smoothly as I had hoped. Service was swift and the environment was extremely positive. Not one complaint here!

The technician was extremely respectful with my time and also with my vehicle. He was able to replace my windshield while I was working, and he called to let me know when he was on his way so that I was not left guessing when he would arrive.
