I scheduled a mobile windshield replacement and Carter showed up at 9:30 am. He had called and sent a text to let me know he was on his way. Once here and after a half hour of work, he realized that I had requested the wrong windshield hr called the office and they started looking for the right one. Ashley called around and they found one in the Cities. She called me around 11:30 to let me know they had found one and that Carter would be picking it up and headed to my home. Carter came back around 1 pm and replaced the windshield. Both Carter and Ashley were amazing. They were professional efficient and just so wonderful. I was so impressed with the service and highly recommend them! Thank you Carter and Ashley for going above and beyond.

Not only did it take all day, when I was quoted an hour, but they lost my keys for over a hour. Also, my glass shattered 3 months later while driving on the freeway. The store owner gave me weird vibes. DO NOT go here!
