Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service! I am very pleased with the work of Safelite Auto Glass. They are professional and do excellent work. I was scheduled right away for the windshield repair. The technician called me and was able to move the location to my home which worked much better for me and my schedule. He was friendly and professional, familiar with my automobile and replaced the window in less than an hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fast and convenient I had my back passenger window replaced after someone broke into my car while I was at work. William From safelite showed up early and was very professional. He made sure to explain everything to me and made the whole process easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really inferior service and untruthful technician Paid for mobile service $40. Service Tech broke door panel clip, now won't attach fully and is about 1 inch away from door side. Scratched paint repeated at base of door getting panel off. Stated there would be loose glass at bottom of door inside and would rattle and there was nothing he could do about it. Left a notable amount of glass in the parking lot without sweeping up, though I was charged a $10 disposal fee. Noted that the tech had removed the smoke colored window air diverter from the window and did not reinstall-reglue-retape back in place but was in the back seat. Called office to return to repair damage and requested a different service tech but the same guy "LARS" from Burlington, WA office was sent back. Told him not to come. Called office and complained. I was asked to being the car to them even though I had paid for a COMPLETE mobile service a they said they could get the glass out ONLY at the office since they did not have an air compressor or vacuum on their trucks. I SUGGESTED by now anyone would have thought to have complete equipment to do complete work on their trucks if they are going to offer mobile service AND if they knew they had this problem with certain model vehicles as they implied they should KNOW which ones and advise that a COMPLETE job cannot be done to remove all glass and would not be able to provide a complete job. They should know and inform customers before taking an order for service and advise customers properly. I believe I should no have been charged for incomplete mobile service or disposal under these circumstances. Later The shop foreman JAMIE said the service tech told him the damage on the door was already there. I explained I bought the car brand new and there has never been any reason or task attempted to remove the door panel as I am 100% certain. They are supposed to be returning in 3 days to complete the work but I was required to provide an air compressor to them to be able to get all the glass out or I would have bring it to the shop 40 miles away to do the complete job to remove all the broken glass inside the door. Really frustrated about all this... Rev. Dr. Michael Spain, PhD (I am 61)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good service, sub-par repair. The service was pretty comprehensive, didn't have to be on site nor did I need to field a call when they arrived, the repair was sub-par though and I will likely need to replace my windshield. I would add a photo don't have one on me. I can still see the cracks poking out from behind the repair.
