While the mobile installation tec arrived when he said he would, the job preformed was abysmal. His wire broke for separation the glass from the frame. He continued the removal without it and because of the caveman approach there was and still is glass shards in the vehicle. Also the wiper blades and shroud had to be removed in order to replace the glass. The shroud and mounting points are broken and there was no mention of the mishap. I have no desire to use Safelite in the future. Lastly the bogus charge for recycling of the old windshield is ridiculous! I requested to keep the original windshield and dispose of it myself and the company refused.

Please provide name of Safelite person for small claims court in Washington. Your Ohio office is playing games with your lack of pride with your service,MY car is not not safe lights trash can,and PAY FOR YOUR DAMAGE.
