I requested an appt on a Saturday for following Friday, I got a call Thursday stating my winshield had to be special ordered so it would take a week, appointment canceled! Did you rep not look at my appointment until day before? Because it would've been enough time if they looked Monday after I scheduled. So needless to say I had to wait another week, never received any apologies about inconvenience. Appt was scheduled for following Friday for them to come to my work, i called Thursday to be sure, they said they wouldn't know until Friday if they could come out. Come Friday and I get a call during appt time (11-4), rep says I don't know why Geico didn't tell you, but you have to come into shop for replacement because of front camera! I told her I talked to Safelite customer service day before and no one said anything! So my appointment was rescheduled again to the following Tuesday.
The repair tech was Amazing his name was Martin, he explained everything to me about my camera and what had to be done.
Because of your poor communication and lack of follow through I will not be recommending your company, hopefully you can retrain your customer service reps, since they are the voice of your company.

The technician showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Let me know exactly what to expect and how to care for the windshield immediately after completion. Did a great job replacing all the components and making sure they worked.

Safelite tech did a wonderful job. On time, great communication and perfect installation.
