Almost perfect

I scheduled and appointment and all ran smoothly. Two suggestions:
1) Allow Dropbox service so car could be left the evening before a 7:30 am appointment
2) when you leave your key with checkin, make the process more formal. I turned in the key and it was just left on the desk. I brought my spare with me to pickup just in case...

Not Satisfied

The work done to my front Windshield I'm not satisfied with. During the time I was making the claim the representative did not mention that if the crack gets bigger and to damage the whole windshield then you would be responsible for the insurance deductible. I found this out through the service guy Carl that was sent to my home to repair Windshield and apply pressure. The spot I can still see and I do not like the area.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Underwhelming

Instructions prior to service were incorrect and misleading based on what the service technician told me. Level of professionalism and communication from technician was much lower than expected of prior experience with SafeLight. Did not feel very confident in the technician after speaking to & meeting with him. Overall poor experience.
