Very nice young man, replaced window in a very timely manner

An agonizing experience. First of all, I ordered service to be done at home. The person who came was very nice and did a good job putting on the replacement back glass, but then the back glass would not fit into the lock and I could not lock my vehicle. He had to put the old glass back on and told me I now needed a "OEM" glass that was $300 more. Why did Safelite not know this as they should? After all, they are supposed to be doing this for a living. I mad an appointment for the following week at the local Safelite to get this done and was perplexed when the quoted price was still the price of the original glass and sure enough they again put an incorrect glass on my vehicle and I had to go back the next week to finally get this done. While I received a discount, my time is valuable, I had to deal with this for 3 consecutive Saturday mornings, and this cannot be compensated. I do not wish to deal with Safelite again if I can help it.

Window has not leaked he first week after service.

Did a great job. They were able to work with me on my time schedule so I could wait for the repair to be finished and did not require a friend to drop me off and pick me bAck up

Terrence was our service tech and did an amazing job. He kept us updated as to the progress on our vehicle and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. We were very pleased with your facility and your employees...from check in to check out! We can't say enough good things about Terrence and the job he did installing our windshield!

Service technician was very courteous and did a good job. Not rated as excellent due to:
(1) The new windshield was not cleaned well (had streaks and smears).
(2) Technician forgot to reinstall my antenna. I realized this before I drove off and the technician promptly and courteously reinstalled it.
