Wonderful experience!
I had a very good experience with the crew at the Safelite store on Harmon Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. I made an appointment for a replacement windshield at 9 am in the morning for 3 pm the same afternoon using the website. I arrived a few minutes early, they got my vehicle in right away and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Could not have been any easier. I will be a Safelite customer anytime the need arises. Excellent customer service!

First time customer.
I needed a chip repaired on my windshield and they did a great job. I also very much appreciate that they notified me about a discount through my insurance company, which I was not aware of. However, the location at this shop has poor signage and was therefor difficult to find.

From my initial call all the way through the job's completion the Safelite employees were the definition of customer service. They were professional and personable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Safelite if you have a busted windshield!

If I could rate it -1 stars I would
My day didn't start well when I discovered my back passenger window had a brick thrown through it and the contents of my glovebox was ransacked, and my spare change and iPod were stolen. I found safelite on the internet and made an appointment for the same day. When I got to the facility the receptionist told me they could not replace my window that day. They were already too busy. I insisted I was told otherwise on the phone and after a wait of 10 minutes, many glares from the receptionist, I was told they could get it done and to be back before 5pm. Around 4pm I got a call from the locations my car was at. I was told the regulator was broken, they couldn't fix it that day but if I purchased a new one they would replace it for $159. I don't live in Columbus so I decided to find a auto glass shop near my home. The technician the installed the new regulator stated there was no way it got broken by the brick going through the window. He said whoever replaced the window broke the regulator. I will NEVER take my car there again and you should not trust them with your vehicle.

Great service
I had my front windshield fixed a few weeks ago, and when he came out he was really friendly with me and my 2 kids, he said it would take atleast a hour and he was done within 45 minutes of not sooner! And you couldn't beat the price at all. Not with great service like this. Thank you safelite!

Incomparable Technical and Customer Service
I was a bit worried my factory tint in my Jeep Wrangler wouldn't turn out to be a complete match, but I was very happy with the quality of the replacement. The online order interface was really user friendly, and the technician was truly great. I would normally forego after-action reviews, but I did want to convey my thanks to the tech and to the company.
