I was a little early and my appointment got pushed up a few minutes to accommodate me. Then I learned that the window in stock did not match my CRV. When I yowled in distress, the service manager assured me that a new piece was on the way, albeit not tinted.
In swift order, the glass came in, got installed, and I was on my way to photograph a soccer game that would not change its start time to wait for me.
I am very happy with the swift adjustment that this service center made to hasten me on my way.
