I would like to share my experience as a first-time Safelite customer.
Before I called Safelite for my windshield replacement appointment, I went and did a research about other Safelite
users’s reviews. After reading some good reviews and I decided to give it a shot.
I’ve purchased my car brand new and I’ve been really careful about where do I take it for service and maintenance all this time.
After the Safelite technician came for windshield repairs service, I was very disappointed to see that he ripped about 2 inches of the interior fabric that goes around the windshield (pictures taken) and also that he was not careful enough to not put his hands with dirt on my white fabric interior (pictures taken)
I didn’t pay to get my damaged (receipt available). I think is not fair business and neither work ethic.
I’m pretty sure you want to treat customers the way you want to be treated.
Again, this is my first experience with Safelite but it turned out to be a disappointing experience for me.
I’m looking forward to hearing for assistance in order to get my interior fabric fixed and the stain cleaned.
