Super easy and quick
This was my first time using Safelite and it was really easy. They came to my work and fixed it right in the parking lot. The man who installed the windshield was really nice and courteous. It was such a hot day and he was still in great spirits. I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Good service
Prompt and polite. I'm still hearing glass fragments rattling in my door, despite waiting a while for them to shake themselves out as the tech stated would happen. If I pay for cleanup and disposal, I expect complete cleanup and vacuuming and full removal of all glass fragments. Basically I expect my window to be as it was before it was damaged (minus the window tint of course). Close to perfect, but just fell a little short. 7/10

AWESOME!
I needed a new windshield as the crack started spreading. I didn't feel safe even driving it to the shop. I made the appointment with Satellite on my phone while sitting in line at McDonald's waiting for coffee on a Monday for Tuesday at noon. They came out at 10:30 the next day and were done by noon. I was SOOOO impressed with the ease of their website, and courteous, professional work for a very affordable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Lovely Workers
I had my windshield cracked and I am a busy mother of 5 kids and always on the run! I have my house up for sale and it's hectic packing and moving. With Safelite I didn't have a problem worrying what to do and how am I gonna move stuff from house to house with a cracked windshield. All I jad to do was call, talk to very nice staff, schedule and in less then 24 hours my windshield was brand new and guaranteed for life! Over all this, when he finished his job quickly and nicely, he vacuumed my floors and seat because he had the doors open! Thank you Safelite!!
