I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite. The manager was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.. My car was done when they said it would be and appeared to be a great job. I waited a couple weeks before I wrote this review to make sure no problems popped up. A couple hours after the repair the manager called me to make sure everything was going well and that if there was anything they could do for us. I'm very satisfied with the management and the repair on my windshield.

Great, Friendly, Professional Service
Safelite in Elgin, IL, repaired my windshield and did an excellent job. They provided friendly, quality service right on time and had me on my way in spite of the cold weather of the day. I recommend them highly. (It was too cold for effective mobile service.)
