On the date of install, we had rain--he coordinated for several vehicles to meet him in a single, single location--making it easy for people to coordinate. Great innovation on his part creating a safe, effective and efficient work environment.

He was the only guy working and he was doing everything from answering the phones to replacing windshields when I came into the store... I scheduled my appointment for a week later than I had intended, he didn't have my windshield in stock but he had it rushed in and he had me back on the road the same day. Something tells me he's the reason this place keeps running. Thank you!
