Poor Communication and Appointments setup
Extremely poor communication, lost week worth income from issues arising from slow insurance verification to slow Appointment scheduling. Service scheduled in a different location from one requested. Lack of communication even with locked in times made things worse. One of poorest service provided. Wouldn't recommend to family and friends. The actual repair job was good though.
