The Safelite guy said he was from Arlington because the fort worth branch was super busy from hail storm . Front windshield he did correct. Back windshield he left broken glass everywhere, did Not re-connect the defogger wires and scratched my trunk paint all across the back with his vacuum hose. about a month later they sent out a new technician to fix the first guys errors except the scratches in paint are still there
