After my insurance company committed a major error by not sending my report, I explained to the great guys, gal, and pup at Safelite that I had to hit the road the next afternoon for a trip and without hesitation they ordered my windshield, opened up an 8AM appointment just for me, and gave me the proper information to contact my insurance and worked with me to get my insurance to do their job and send the necessary information.
