Rated 2 out of 5 by from No clean up? These guys were easy to work with and a better price than the other option in town. The problem I ran into is that I feel like they took advantage of my kindness and willingness to overlook problems on their part. My vehicle is a work truck so I let them know in the initial walkthru that I'm not too worried about them causing minor damage (i.e. small scratches, etc). They told me up front that they normally will clean up most vehicles but since mine has an excessive amounts of dirt that they couldn't get it all cleaned up. No problem. Then they crack a small piece of plastic, which they offer to replace. I declined as it is not a problem for me, being a work truck and hardly noticeable. My problem lies in the lack of any clean up at all. When I got home I realized that they hadn't cleaned any of the glass that was on my back seat (back window was replaced). I didn't realize that the excessive amounts of dirt on the front floor boards warranted no clean up of any glass in the back. I was very disappointed at the lack of care and safety by leaving the glass on the seats especially after being so understanding about the problems they had and letting them go. The least they could have done was cleaned up and maybe thrown in a can of glass cleaner. I suppose if I ever have to go back I will nitpick every little detail and make sure it's all 100% perfect before I leave. I will also not be overlooking any damage done by them either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great windshield, damaged wiper arm The guy from Safelite came right when he was supposed to and very efficiently replaced my windshield. My only problem was that after he left, I noticed that part of my windshield wiper arm was missing. The wiper works; the cover that hides the arm's mechanism is missing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect Made an appointment through my insurer for "20 minutes from now" to repair a stone chip and replace wiper blades – was there in 10 and in the shop in 5. The tech came in to tell me he had found a second chip and asking if I wanted it repaired as well. Naturally! Tech pulled my car around in 15 minutes. Only hitch was he would've forgotten the wiper blades had not the counter person mentioned the great price I got on them through my insurer. He quickly – and somewhat sheepishly – ran and got the blades and put them on in a jiffy. But had he not been standing there with my keys when the wipers were mentioned, I probably would not have noticed until the next precipitation, which would've meant the hassle of going back, convincing Safelite that I hadn't received them – all that drama. So, 4 out of 5: pleased with the speed, delighted with the repairs (particularly the additional one!). Just that one… little… glitch...
