Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service Dan Truffo professionally removed and installed a new windshield in my newly purchased pickup. The job was nothing short of difficult as the old glass was broken pretty bad. All my concerns were addressed throughout the process. He was most expeditious and ensured cleanup showed a vehicle anybody would ride in. Thanks for the mobile support, couldn't have the window replaced without your service!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great service - bad job While camp in Montana last week, mowers in the campground damaged the windshield of my 2010 Roadtrek 190 Popular/Chevy 3500 Express. Windshield cracked from bottom to top. Last Saturday I had an 8 a.m. appointment to have windshield replaced in Grand Rapids, Montana before continuing home to PA (invoice 06300-385420, tech id 01829-945, date 6/23/18, ctu wo 70623). I was told that the wrong rubber molding was sent with the windshield, but they made it work. It looked okay at the time, but on the way home I discovered the headliner was loose and now that I am home the rubber molding is not attached to the van and glass is showing on passenger side. I sent a note yesterday to the guy that worked on it asking him to contact a Safelite shop in the 18074 area and arrange for someone to come to my home and replace this windshield. There has not been a response. I am leaving for another trip on July 9 and need it replaced ASAP.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't complete the job This is where Crystal Fusion sent me to have my windshield repaired. They did fill the chips but did not have the Crystal Fusion to recover the spots that they had to remove the protective coating to fix the chips. So they were left open and unprotected.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to schedule; Poor installation quality The online estimating and scheduling was excellent. Communication from the company and technician was also very good and justifies paying a premium over other companies. And mobile installation made things easy on my schedule. The problems relate to the quality of the windshield installation. The gasket under the windshield is not straight and sticks out. And the paint was scratched at the passenger’s A pillar by the tech either removing the old windshield or installing the new one. It’s small but very noticeable. I will need to touch up the paint and hope it doesn’t rust over time.
