This was one of the worst services I have had ever had. I am visiting in Ohio and got a crack in my windshield, so naturally I get it fixed before I drive back to Florida. In the process the Grove city safelite cracked the windshield and said that it cannot be replaced for 7 days. I understood and said that they would fix it for free once i get back to florida. Then I went to get in my car, only 2 hours after it was "complete" to see that my rearview mirror was not put back on. When I called they were closed last night, so I called this morning. Well they did not care and told me there was nothing they could do. I then reminded them of Ohio law (ORC 4513. 23) requires all motor vehicles to have a rear-view mirror providing a clear view of the highway behind. They did not care one bit and said that it was issue. How is it my issue that they failed to do their job and creating an unsafe vehicle due to their installers inept knowledge of how to do their job. Seek another company, as safelite has really gone down hill!.

No one showed up for the appointment to replace my windshield, no one contacted me, and the number given to call only had a recording. The online chat person kept insisting that the phone number would get me to a representative, in spite of my insisting that I only could get a recording. Thanks Safelite! Hard to rate the quality of service when no one shows up.

Had a small chip in my windshield and was able to schedule the repair the next day via their website. Jessica was a wonderful communicator and provided explanation on the service and what it would look like post-repair. The staff that did the repair were professional and completed the repair quickly.
