Auto Glass Replacement Shop in Houston, TX

I brought my vehicle in originally on March 26, 2026 1818 Bingle, for windshield replacement. While driving it to work the next day I could hear wind coming into my car and the windshield rattling, I called 832. 214. 4783 and spoke to Lenny. Lenny in formed me he was at a different location but to take my car back to the location where I had it replaced. So, I went Saturday April 4 2026 and was told I needed a warranty appointment in order for them to check my windshield. The appointment was scheduled for April 11th at 8:30. I bring the car in the service men test drove the car and said he could hear what I was talking about. He then took the car to the back while I waited in the lobby and probably an hour later he came inside to get me and stated they placed a new windshield in the car. He game me the do's and the don't. On my way home I could still hear the wind and the rattling from the windshield. I tried calling back and I got a voice recording saying they were closed and to call back on the next business day which will be Monday April 13th. It is now raining and the rain is leaking inside my car from the windshield and also dripping down on the floor. Please see pictures and videos attached. I hope you all can get this resolved before this issue causes other damage to my vehicle.
