Great Service, I wasn't sure how to schedule the repair at my place of work.

We dealt with the Johnson City, TN Safelite. Their service was quick and appears to be a quality job. Time will help tell us more about it. We only had the windshield replaced a couple of days ago. The service representative we worked with was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about how to fix a couple of issues that we had with the insurance filing and had it fixed for us in seconds. Safelite Corporate as well as Safelite of Johnson City both communicated with us before our appointment, while our car was in the shop being repaired, when they were finished, as well as after the repair service to ensure they were doing everything possible to meet and exceed our needs. We had a very good experience with Safelite.

Job was finished before I expected. Staff was friendly and comfortable waiting area.

The Johnson City Safelite people recently replaced the windshield in our Lexus. Even though we had to reschedule our visit several times, they were patient and professional, sending us appointment reminder texts and emails. They were ready for us when we arrived, explaining the replacement process. Thank You Johnson City Safelite.

Overall, very pleased with the service provided. Friendly, caring staff. Hopefully will not need another windshield, but if I do I would go back without any hesitation.
