Excellent service. Called to let me know when they were on their way and when they had finished the job

They did the install at my house - were on time and did the work efficiently. They kept me updated via text, and I didn't have to interact with the technician (contactless, given COVID). I don't recommend services much, but Safelite did a great job all around.

First of all the person was rude telling me that this is the last time that they do bussiness with me because i politely told her that i dont need the calibration second they forgotto i stall the rain sensor pad so i have to go again for that and i did not feel welcome on that location im surprise because in new york everyone is friendly and do a great job i was going to recomend you guys but afger this experience i fell like i was begging for service when im paying cash should not be that way

I had a great experience ! It took a little bit longer and the manager end up giving me a discount just because they didn’t end up on time, shout out to the manager there and the staff ! Well recommended

Great and efficient service

He came on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. I was very very happy.

Time frame of service was between 8am and 12pm. The tech did not arrive until 4pm. Once here the tech was apologetic and finished the job quicky.

Excellent and professional service.
