Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great technician, terrible scheduling! Scheduling was a nightmare. It took almost 6 days from first call until the service. They give a 5 hour service window, that is impossible to accommodate for most people. They should determine a 2 hour window that's mutually acceptable and stick to it. Service tech was great and did a tremendous hi in less time than I anticipated.
