Second attempt for appointment was excellent...first one was brief and a waste of my time
I got the mobile service, though Safelite had to make the trip twice ...the first time a tech came out, I was told I had a front camera that needed to be recalibrated and they didn't have the right windshield. They drove 40 minutes to tell me that the first time.
Know your car and windshield, new cars these days have technology all over them. Read your manuals. I had to state several times in scheduling a second appointment that my car did not have a front camera, nor a couple other features Safelite said I had even after giving them the VIN.
The second time the made the trip everything was great.
Glasstech Aaron did an excellent job. Cleaned up any mess, even vacuumed my dash and footwells.
If Safelite would have got it right the first time with the job they did the second time, I would've given 5 stars.

This is my second time using Safelite. First time was for a replacement windshield and now a chip in my new windshield. Both times they were fast and courteous. I know this is probably out of their control but I can still see my chip in
the windshield. I was hoping that it would of been less noticeable but I think that depends on the type of chip you get. Anyways I would definitely recommend them.

Damaged glass can respond differently to the repair process. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Cracked Windshield
When a rock cracked my windshield my insurance took less than a day to get a Safelite tech scheduled I come to my location and replace it. The tech was excellent and very professional. I would recommend Safelite to everyone.
