Exactly what I expected. This was my first experience with Safelite and, as far as I'm concerned, it was just like the commercials. The tech fixed the window in my garage. The job was done within an hour and a half. It's been about a week now and so far no issues.

Terrible service. They installed the wrong window. It protrudes from the frame . Aweful. Asked he had the wrong window but instead of making another appt he forced installed it anyway. And now there is little to no functionality of the window. Wow seriously. My 18 y/o son was the one to be present and he didn't know better to decline the service,

Even though I set up this appointment completely online, I still received personal service. My appointment was to replace my windshield at my home on a Monday morning. Unfortunately for me, the weather was not cooperating and neither was my snow removal service. Your representative called to confirm his appointment with me a little over an hour before he planned to arrive and I filled him in on my situation - that my driveway was impassible for his truck and that I was hoping the snow removal people would arrive before he did. He asked me to keep him posted, and I ended up calling him back and forth three times. In that time, I cancelled once, then called him back thinking the plow had arrived and saying please come and then, sadly, to cancel again when it turned out the plow that had come was for the neighbor's drive. Your technician came anyway, saying that he could wait for the snow removal person for a while before having to cancel and reschedule. He arrived and parked on the street for close to a half hour before we decided to throw in the towel. We spoke via phone once more, and he informed me that he could still replace my windshield that day if I could bring my car to the shop later that afternoon. On top of fitting me in, he offered me a discount for the 'inconvenience' of having to come to the shop. When I arrived at your shop, my car was taken in immediately, I was offered a seat and a beverage while I waited, and my windshield was replaced within less than an hour. I appreciate the prompt, polite and flexible service. Thank you.

The windshield of my car developed a long crack. Safelite AutoGlass handled working with my auto insurance company and took care of all the paperwork. Due to bad winter storm in our area the technician couldn’t come to my home but they were located very close to my home so I had no problem driving to their facility. The windshield was replaced while I waited. Great quality of work. I highly recommend SafeLite.

I went to get a quote and was told it wouldn’t cost me a dime. I didn’t even think to ask my insurance because of the deductible. They called my insurance company (I got on the phone also) and it was taken care of.
Everyone was very friendly. They washed all of my windows and vacuumed out my car! Thank you!
