The original oppointment was not kept by the company due to a mistake by the agent setting up the appointment. The second was an 8:00 to 5:00 appointment with the technician to call in early AM to give a two hour window. At 10:00 no call had been received and after a search of the web I found a number for the Lakeland office (after calling the 800 number and requesting a return call from the local office.) I did get a call about 10:30 that the technician anticipated he would not arrive until between 12:00 and 5:00. I called the Lakeland office and requested to speak to the manager (Bob) at approximately 10:30. At 2:00 pm Bob did return my call with no assistance other he was busy and offered no assistance and was a bit contrary for someone in management. What happened is the technician arrive just before 3:00 and completed the repair very quickly. My gripe is this short appointment cost me nearly a full day for a thirty minute procedure and the company did not care I was inconvienced. The adds do not represent the service by scheduling and service from the management. I was very satisfied with the technician.
