Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall amazing experimec The customer service rep was he cutest thing. He was sorry I had a head cold! Too sweet! Drop off and pick up of my vehicle was a breeze! After my windshield repair I had to touch the window because it looked like I didn't have one, it was so clean. My specific wiper blades weren't available so I was deducted the price no prob. I won't do service with another company or let anyone else I know either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly satisfied service! I had a crack in my windshield that was very noticeable, about the size of a dime, with arms. The stone came from nowhere and hit pretty hard. We stopped into safelite on Friday, he told us how to report it to my insurance. We did and had it fixed on Monday. Very convenient because they came to the house and fixed it. It took about 20 mins. (I think) and Bill was very friendly and professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, no hassle service I had a chip in my windshield and scheduled an in-shop appointment to get it fixed. I showed up 1/2 an hour early and they fit me in right then. They repaired the chip, washed all my windows including the inside of my windshield where I had GPS suction cup marks, replaced my wind shield wipers and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes! The technician was very friendly and explained the entire process to me very clearly. I hope I never have a reason to go back, but if I do they will get my business every time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over a week delay order and installation I recently got in an accident that destroyed my rear window. I called safelite to get a new one installed and they told me they had the window in stock and that they could install about 2 days later; three days pass and I get a call saying the window is currently out of stock and they need to get another one. A total of three postponements over the timelength of a week happened before someone was actually able to get to my car and install the rear window I asked for.
