My technician was awesome. Why a week prior I was told that I needed a whole new windshield (would have been the 3rd one) because the rearview mirror bracket was wrong, I’ll never know. My awesome technician was able to change out the bracket in less than 20 minutes! Office staff should be aware it is illegal to drive without a rear view mirror in Nevada. I lost a week of productivity due to being told I had to wait a week for the wrong windshield to set before a replacement with the correct bracket could be installed.

We have used safelite many times. Their technique they use to seal the damage from flying rocks literally makes the damage disappear. This last one was bad and the chip was deep. They said they couldn’t guarantee it because of how deep it was. Guess what? I can barely even find where it was on the windsheild! When we moved to utah, I went to a local windsheild place for a repair assuming it would disappear once fixed. It was still very obvious when they were finished. With this recent damage we made a trip to Vegas so we could have safelite fix it. I will never trust it to anyone else!

The technician was professional and quick. Unfortunately they will need to replace the seal around the window as it is starting to come off. Don’t believe it was the technician fault.
