The technician was professional, did a great job on the windshield. He listened to our issue with the web site, and connected to person who fixed it. Only one minor issue, Didn't call before arriving. Called when they were in the driveway (of next door neighbor. Street numbers are close; 1100 vs 1110. )

Our technician Khalil arrived on time and was very friendly. He started right away on the windshield and took great care of the vehicle itself. He was very professional when explained the process and gave instructions at the end when he finished the job. He was honestly here no longer than 30 or so minutes, if that. I appreciate his effort and dedication to great customer service
