Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service! Our car's back windshield was shattered by vandalism and was a complete mess with glass shards everywhere. The Safelite repair man, Eric, was awesome, completely cleaned up the glass and was so careful not to let any damage the body of the car. Perfect job and was very friendly!

He explained each step and was detailed in his instructions for care of the new glass. I Love my new windshield and think it is superior to the original windshield!!! Thank You Safelite and Daniel!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lacking Customer Service Used them a week ago to replace my broken windshield. The work was fine and the windshield was installed without any error. The issue was that I had scheduled for mobile installation in the morning which I was told was going to be anywhere from 0800 - 1200, which was great because it worked with my work schedule for that day, but it was roughly 1230 and I still hadn't received a call from the technician that he was on his way, so I called the safelite store. They called the technician and called me back and told me that the tech had "tried" calling me and that I didn't answer, so he went on to his next job, which is completely false. I did not receive any phone call from the tech and when he did arrive, he changed his story to tell me that he was just running late that day. He did not end up arriving to do the installation until roughly 1400. This did not work with my work schedule, so when he did arrive, I had to step out on my commander in the middle of an important meeting twice; once when he showed up and once when he finished, which made me look very unprofessional in front of my commander. If I schedule work to be done in the morning of that day, and I'm told the window will be 0800 - 1200, I expect that work to be done sometime in that time frame (which is a long time frame), but in the event that it cant, I expect a phone call from the tech or the company to give me the heads up that they won't be there on time instead of me having to call safelite and track down their employee. Overall very dissatisfied with service and the inability to communicate with me.
