Very quick and courteous
I came in to get my rear view mirror put back on because it had fallen off (not safelites doing) at no charge, and found a chip in the glass and had me out of there in 30 minutes.

Good Customer Svc, but...
Before my appt the tech reviewed my make of vehicle and asked me about my windshield and if it has the rain sensors. I told them yes. But after about 2 weeks and it started to rain, the rain sensor did not work. So apparently they did not hook up the wiring to the wipers properly.
