I recently need gall replacement and it was raining on my scheduled time. The tech showed up anyway to see if her could do it anyway. We rescheduled and I was happy it was only the next day. Early in the day they called me and said it would be about 7 he would come and I said it was okay. He got there close to 8 and still performed the replacement. I was so happy and thankful to get it done and the different tech was so friendly and positive. Great job Safelite!! Thank you!!
