Never again
Made an appt for 8:15am. Never got the car back till 5pm. Apparently I was marked as a drop off instead of a appointment. So they took all the walk ins before me. Showed them the email that proofed it was an appt. No excuses will make this ok. 9hrs you had my car! Never again will I use this company, not even if they were the last company on earth. Even my family and friends refuse to use them after mess.
