Suspect service
Did a repair. Next the repaired crack turned into a 6 inch crack. Now need a replacement. Took it back to the shop where the repair was done... office manager was suspect about refunding my $ and letting ins. pay for the replacement. Still waiting for the mgr to call.

Good service and replacement , but bad crash wrap.
I had a vandal break my passenger window a couple of weeks ago. My insurance recommended Safelite. The women on the phone was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. She stayed on the phone with me for more than an hour while we figured out my best option. Eventually we decided to crash wrap the window so I could drive to New York where I would then get a permanent replacement.
I went to the Safelite near me to get the temporary wrap and they did what seemed like a good job. However, despite my having explained to them that I needed to drive on the highway, they did a poor job installing the crash wrap. It kept flapping on the highway and seemed like it was going to fly off completely.
I had to stop and buy duct tape to keep it on.
The first place also did a bad job vacuuming up the glass because my passenger got a small glass cut.
When I got to New York, another location of Safelite did a great job replacing the window. No complaints there.
I would give them 5 stars for being nice and helpful, 2 stars for the temporary job, and 5 stars for the permanent replacement. Overall--4 stars.
