I found them during an internet search and had them give me a quote which included checking with my insurance company. The process was simple and efficient and once completed I was able to schedule an appointment that met my schedule. Communication throughout the process was excellent and the technician did a wonderful job installing the new windshield. I highly recommend Safelite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product and installation as advertised. Product and install satisfactory. Two suggestions for owner: (a) place covers on front seats. Tech may leave finger prints; and (b) place towels on door jambs or place low stools at doors, since Tech must step-up to reach top of windshield.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazed!! I had some hurricane debris hit the rear quarter panel window of our 2008 Jeep Liberty. Went online to Satellite last Tuesday and had the window replaced beautifully on Thursday. I was amazed that they had this odd window in hand so quickly. Beautiful job.

After hurricane Irma rolled through wreaking devastation on all of Florida, we went outside to discover a large tree branch had fallen on our Jeep Liberty windshield shattering it. Having used Safelite in the past I immediately called the national number and was given an appointment for the next day between 8 am & 12 noon and was notified that the technician would reach out with a text message when en route. As the end of the window approached we called the Safelite national number to find out what was going on. We were told that due to the hurricane that the shops were having a hard time getting the proper glass to do the work and that we probably would not get the windshield replaced on 9/12/17 and that they could not tell us when it might happen but just to keep calling them back to find out when. I told them that I understood but that I at least did not want to lose my place in line. I was told there was nothing they could do about that and to stay in touch. Well needless to say I was not happy about that, but there were a lot of people worse off then we were, so we made the decision to clean up the vehicle as best we could, duct tape the windshield inside and out and make the 20 mile trip with the vehicle back to our house from my parents house who we stayed with during the hurricane. We safely got the vehicle back to our house where we had no power, water, gas or internet but we did have a generator to get the basic necessities up and running. We were lucky enough to have cell phone service so we checked our email and saw that our technician, Angel, had emailed saying that he was running late and he would be at my parents address to do the windshield replacement in about an hour. I immediately called him and told him what happened. Angel was unbelievable! He reassured us not to worry that he was going to call his shop and talk to his supervisor all the while promising to fix our windshield today on his way back to the shop. That's exactly what he did. Angel showed up at the end of the day and worked tirelessly for over 2 hours until almost dark replacing the windshield. Angel was very professional and never complained not once although I know he was very tired from a very long day of helping people after a devastating storm. We a forever grateful to the Melbourne Safelite shop and Angel for this unbelievable effort in our time need. Thank you Angel and Safelite! We are customers for life!
