I was given detailed instructions during several steps of the removal and installation. If I ever have to replace a windshield for any of my other vehicles I will definitely be using SAFELITE.

They even cleaned all of my windows as a courtesy. They cleaned up their mess mostly. Would highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's about the Service after the Installation Foremost, I trust you’re having a good day. I need your assistance with a relatively small, but very important matter. On April 5, 2018, I had a windshield replaced on my 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE (Work Order 01826_116722). This was the second of two windshields I have had to replace so far this year. Each time, my interaction with the Field Technicians have been nothing short of amazing. In fact, as the CEO of an emerging Restaurant Concept, I almost offer one of them a job. I digress. On the afternoon of April 14, 2018 I jumped in my Range Rover to make a quick trip, during a fairly typical torrential rain storm in my home city of New Orleans only to discover that the headliner of my vehicle was so saturated that it was dripping all over the dashboard electronics, and into the driver assistance cameras and the driver-side front airbags. I quickly called Safelite, and the young lady who answered the phone encouraged me to come to your facility and even went so far as to text me the address. When I arrived, I was very upset. I had a heated exchange as this vehicle, at $93,000.00 is not just a vehicle. Nevertheless, a “Substitute Manager” came out and we calmed things down, and he assured me the not only would Safelite provide me with a rental car and repair my windshield, but when they were done they would transport the car to the local Land Rover Dealer to have the headliner replaced and the electronics and airbags, certified as in perfect working order. So far so good, right? Well, I never heard from anyone on Sunday or Monday, then yesterday someone called and said “hey,” come pick up your car, the windshield has been replaced.” When I inquired about the damage, his response was “oh, everything is fine.” When I inquired as to his qualification to make that determination, he went silent. I then asked him to have a manager call me and provide a contact for your insurance company as I intended to file a claim to have my car returned to its prior condition. I have not heard from anyone. I consulted a friend, who is a retired Federal Prosecutor and inquired about my options and his first suggestion was to reach out to you. Hence the email. I am certain that you want to stand behind your work and make right, the damage done to my vehicle. Please have someone call me to resolve this matter, today.
