My appointment was at 10 am on Saturday. I arrived about 10 minutes early as requested. The young lady that came out an met me asked me for my name and then told me it would be about 45 minutes for the repair. My wife and I went into the shop to wait. Approximately 15 minutes later I saw the young lady pull my truck up to the front. I worried thinking she was going to tell me my windshield would not be repairable. She came in with a smile and told us that the repair was complete and to have a great day. What a pleasant surprise and the efficiency of this young lady to perform her job so quickly and the repair was not noticeable at all. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face. This young lady deserves more than the recognition I can give her on this review. Awesome, awesome!

Professional personal and was pretty quick

My windshield was had two different rock chips and both ended up cracking. Even though neither obscured my field of vision, I decided to contact my insurance company and get it repaired. I have always used a local company for my auto-glass needs. When my insurance was contacted and I needed full replacement, They sent me to Safelite. At that time, I did not know that they were local. I took my vehicle in at the specified drop off time and talked to one of the service repairmen. I was informed that I would be called when the job had been completed. Since my windshield had the sensors installed, it would take extra time. I was called later in the day to schedule my pickup. I was informed that due to the weather, my install was postponed but was still completed by closing time that day. I was impressed with the installer and his work. He was very professional and he explained all the warranty information. He also asked me to check over the install and if I have any issues, to bring it back for repair/correction.
