David, the "manager" lied to me about when he would have someone out to fix my windshield, after they had already installed the wrong windshield previously and messed up the front camera on my truck.
After some back and forth with a very rude David, he said he would cancel my appointment all together and refund me the money. I agreed and took my truck elsewhere to get it fixed properly. That's when I found out that they had also broken the clips that hold the trim piece over the front camera.
After picking dropping off my truck at the place that fixed it correctly, David called trying to apologize for being unprofessional. He also told me that he couldn't refund the money because his request was denied. He then got upset with me again and said they would refund the calibration or nothing, when they left my vehicle in worse shape than it was.
All I am asking for is for the return of funds for something that they didnt even accomplish.

My service performed on 10/09/25. The mobile tech, Tim, was very communicative and helped me get a nasty crack out of the windshield.
The local manager, David, at 12322 State Highway 191 location helped answer questions I had about the service after it was performed. Great team with great communication skills and knowledge.
The mobile service is awesome. Having the option to make repairs while you're at the office is such a great quality of life customer service service.

I was scheduled for Friday, July 18th for Safelight to replace a windshield between the hours of 12:00pm-5:00pm. I waited at my house all day. Never showed up or called. I wasted my whole day and even canceled scheduled blood labs. This is my first time to attempt to use Safelight and I am definitely not impressed!!! I will be sharing this with my insurance company as well as social media.
