While it's a pain to schedule cause they automated everything and won't connect you to an actually person the service guys at the shop are top notch and very professional. The online didn't say anything about the appointment time being an all day drop but the service guy was excellent with calling and letting me know rough timeline as apparently the time slot I picked was a all day drop off for them to try to fit in between other jobs. Again 5 stars for the guys at the Minot shop but I'll give the automated appointment a 1 star.
