These guys went above and beyond for us in a crisis, a rental, and long drive. The honesty provided, the things we were shown that we didn't know. We had a lot of irons in the fire and they managed to help us pull one out. I Cannot give them enough credit for the heart they have, I'll always be appreciative to the staff at the Morristown location.

While on vacation our front windshield developed a large crack. After working with my insurance company and a not too friendly competitor, Safelite in Morristown came through with a mobile repair time frame that worked with our schedule. After the repair, I was afraid that the calibration they had performed didn't work as I was getting an error message on my dash. A few quick calls, and they were quickly willing to help me out the following day. Luckily, I believe my car just needed to do a reset (based on either speed or miles driven) because the message disappeared and everything worked perfectly. They reassured me that if anything started acting up again, to just let them know and they'd help take care of it.
The communication and friendliness were greatly appreciated and I would recommend using this location for any of your needs.

My technician did a great job on replacing my windshield. He was very professional and a very nice person. After leaving, he had noticed that 2 of my $20 bills I had given him were stuck together (he and I neither one noticed when originally counting) and he mailed it back to me!!
